Aloha Hula Girls Wahine (Women's) Beginning Hula Class
The Aloha Hula Girls teach wahine beginning hula on Tuesday nights from 6:30– 7:15 p.m.
Classes are held in Studio 4 of the Rockford Dance Company, 711 North Main St., Rockford, IL, 61103. The Rockford Dance Company is located in downtown Rockford, Illinois inside the Riverfront Museum Park. The beginning adult clinic focuses on the seven basic steps of hula and Tahitian technique while learning some island favorites. Classes include Hawaiian language, history and cultural perspective, making Tuesday nights feel like a trip to the islands! Perfect for just a workout or those interested in being invited to perform with the Aloha Hula Girls Performance Troupe.

Aloha Hula Girls
For those interested in performing throughout the stateline with the Aloha Hula Girls Performance Troupe, we offer a performance level hula class on Tuesday nights from 7:15– 8:00 p.m. The performance class focuses on advanced hula and Tahitian technique, language, performance etiquitte, and cultural perspectives. Students must be invited by an AHG instructor to register for the performance class. Previous dance and hula experience required.
